Ensure code quality by following best practices and writing clean, well-organized, and highly efficient code.
Plan and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the system is robust and reliable.

Knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL or MySQL) and efficient data modeling.
Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with automated testing (RSpec).
Knowledge of coding best practices such as design patterns and SOLID principles.
Familiarity with processing queues / messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, Kafka).
Experience developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs.

Proficiency with Git.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate level of English.
