Responsible for operating the SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on payroll and personnel administration.
Ensure compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements.
System customizing and configuration, error analysis, and technical enhancements, including ABAP code analysis.
Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements across the relevant SAP HCM modules.
Contribute the continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape including the consideration of new technologies.

Professional experience as an SAP HCM IT-Consultant
Comprehensive knowledge of German payroll processes and regulations, customizing incl. schemas and rules
Experience with HR Smart Forms is an advantage
Solid technical skills in ABAP debugging
Good English skills, written and spoken
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork, Customer focus, ability to engage and persuade others.
Nice to have:
Experience with international payroll (e.g. Poland)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Basic German skills written and spoken
