You handle everything related to accounting: filing, uploading, preparing, and organizing receipts and documents — in close coordination with our tax advisor
You support our COO with finance and operations in day-to-day activities
You manage our customer support: collect feedback, prioritize support requests, and ensure our customers are satisfied
You keep analyses and reports up to date and run your own simple data queries
You work closely with the founder & COO — confidentially, directly, and on an equal footing

You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in a degree program that qualifies you for these responsibilities
German is our company language — you communicate confidently and clearly in German; you can also use English well
You work in a structured, reliable way and follow tasks through to completion
You use AI tools as a regular part of your workflow
You have experience with tools like Shopify, Excel, or comparable software — or you are eager to learn and get up to speed
