Payment Operations Associate – Crowd

Role Overview

• Review documentation for new customers and perform KYC processes
• Manage the funding phase and execute payouts to projects and stakeholders
• Monitor project statuses and verify payout conditions
• Process interest payments and repayments to investors
• Manage incoming payments, returns, as well as tax remittances and certificates
• Support customers by email and phone with payment and transaction inquiries
• Maintain customer data and document changes

Requirements

• Knowledge of payment processing or experience in the crowdfunding sector
• Experience handling customer inquiries
• Strong numerical aptitude with a structured and accurate working style
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools
• Ability to work independently and reliably; responsible and resilient
• Excellent German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
• Team player with strong communication skills and professional handling of challenging situations
