Role Overview
- Lead the development, identification and root cause of payment accuracy opportunities
- Analyze provider contract trends and claims data
- Utilize analytics to uncover claims payment opportunities
- Verify PI savings methodologies monthly
- Research and develop standard PI Operational Metrics
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics
- Assist in creating PI billing invoices using data sets
- Identify opportunities for operational and process efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in data or statistical analysis
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Mastery of Health Insurance Operations knowledge
- Successful experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Experience effectively communicating with stakeholder groups
