About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the quality and monitor the delivery of digital content in real time for social media channels;
Support the team of designers and analysts, ensuring alignment, agility and excellence in deliverables;
Monitor content publishing and engagement on social networks, ensuring consistency in communication and the customer experience;
Interact directly with clients, supporting quick and strategic decision-making;
Work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests and a need for rapid responses;
Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met for all deliverables;
Collaborate with different departments to optimize processes and workflows.
Requirements
Previous experience coordinating or monitoring teams;
Experience with digital content routines, social media or real-time operations;
Knowledge of video editing or a degree in design, audiovisual production or related fields;
Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook;
Experience publishing and adapting content for different social networks.
