Requirements
You have experience in optometry, medical technology, or healthcare, ideally with vocational training or a completed degree (e.g., Optometry/Optical Optics, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field).
You have professional experience in account management or sales management.
You can demonstrate proven successes in customer acquisition, account management, and expanding business relationships—for example from roles at a contact lens company, a spectacle manufacturer, or a medical device manufacturer.
You work in a structured, data-driven, and focused manner.
You are accustomed to managing a sales territory.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2).
You hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
You are willing to travel (approx. 80%) and reside in eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden or the surrounding area).
