Lead configuration and the various implementation phases during deployment projects
Ensure alignment between clients' business needs and Pennylane features
Provide continuously up-to-date product expertise and act as the functional lead for certain modules
Deliver client-specific training and support the upskilling of teams
Answer questions during rollout and propose workarounds when necessary
Represent the client's voice and usage to internal teams and share knowledge with peers
Develop autonomy to fully manage implementations for a portfolio of clients and handle increasingly complex situations
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in the finance department of SMEs/SMIs or in an accounting firm
Preferred qualifications: DCG (French accounting diploma), BTS in Accounting and Management, BTS SME Management Assistant, Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management
Comfortable working with executives and advising clients
Strong interest in technology and familiarity with market FinTech solutions
Excellent collaboration, adaptability and prioritization skills in a changing environment
Operational English is a plus depending on the team
Role open to remote work from mainland France
