About this role
Role Overview
Own and manage full sales cycles across mid-market accounts
Drive deals ranging from $25,000 to $500,000+ in annual revenue
Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, including HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
Lead consultative conversations that connect screening, compliance, and HCM strategy
Partner with internal teams and external HCM ecosystem partners to create new opportunities
Consistently move deals through pipeline stages to Contract Sent and Closed Won
Requirements
Experience in HCM, SaaS, or background screening sales
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Comfortable leading executive-level conversations
Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS ecosystems
Experience using tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Ability to sell outcomes and business impact, not just features
Skilled at creating urgency and reframing how prospects think about their current approach
