Manage and drive the evolution of the digital product, tracking consumption, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics;
Identify growth opportunities through user acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives, designing and tracking experiments and campaigns in partnership with Marketing and other teams;
Monitor the performance of product features and offerings (including subscription models and premium features), analyzing conversion metrics, churn, and user behavior to inform product decisions;
Collaborate with Technology/Engineering, Design, Data, and Content teams to prioritize initiatives that enhance user experience and increase the product's perceived value;
Identify and propose internal and external partnership opportunities that contribute to audience growth, engagement, and revenue generation;
Map and monitor the user journey and key product touchpoints, ensuring clear communication, a positive experience, and appropriate user support;
Track business results and prepare analyses and reports to support decision-making and the evolution of the product strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Experience working with digital products;
Ability to analyze product metrics and data to support decision-making;
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Technology/Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, etc.);
Experience prioritizing, tracking, and analyzing product initiatives;
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
