Structure and lead strategic projects in collaboration with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Controlling teams.
Ensure project progress and execution, maintain an analytical view of requirements, and identify risks and points of attention for the appropriate stakeholders.
Lead meetings to map processes and identify procedural and operational improvements.
Prepare materials to monitor results, project status, and Executive Committee updates.
Keep project tracking status up to date and perform regular follow-up with the involved teams.
Support problem resolution.
Coordinate and execute, together with the business area, all stages of homologation (user acceptance testing).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
English language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to work with competing priorities and high workload.
Clear and effective communication across all organizational levels.
