Role Overview
- Responsible for providing the team's technical leadership, acting as the primary technical liaison with the client.
- Leads the control and management of requirements, supporting architects and developers in translating those requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensures traceability throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, guaranteeing alignment with client expectations.
- Performs other related duties inherent to the role.
- Experience in the banking sector—especially with payroll-deductible loans, cards, and personal loans—is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experienced professional with proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Provides technical guidance to teams, fostering synergy and results-oriented focus.
- Technical reference in their specialty, responsible for defining quality standards and best practices.
- Guardian of delivery consistency, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Skilled at facilitating communication between related areas, promoting smooth information exchange.
- Focused on high-quality deliveries, ensuring technical and strategic alignment among stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of agile methods, with emphasis on Kanban, applying continuous flow principles and visual management.
- Leads agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective), ensuring team rhythm and alignment.
- Responsible for activity planning, organizing the Kanban board, and managing delivery metrics using the Kanbanize tool.
- Fluent English, with the ability to operate in multilingual environments and collaborate with international teams.
- Advantage: Practical experience with AI tools such as Google Gemini and GitHub Copilot applied to development, automation, and productivity improvements.
