Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Partner with client stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps
- Design scalable platform configurations across Degreed components
- Facilitate discovery workshops to define AI use cases
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or consulting engagements
- 3+ years working directly with enterprise clients in a Professional Services or Implementation capacity
- Strong understanding of learning ecosystems (LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, HRIS)
- Experienced implementing AI-enabled SaaS features
- Solid experience with SaaS configuration, integrations, SSO, and data workflows
