You teach practical, hands-on content on topics such as Python, databases, statistics, machine learning, and BI tools.
You provide professional support to our female participants, give regular feedback, and help them progress in their learning.
You prepare participants for relevant tech and data certifications.
You create a supportive and empowering learning environment for women in tech.

You have solid knowledge in Data Analytics, Python, databases, Machine Learning, or BI tools.
Ideally, you have experience as an instructor, trainer, coach, or in adult education — or you are looking to enter the education sector.
You enjoy supporting women who are starting careers in Data & Tech.
You can explain complex topics clearly, in a structured and practical way.
You are confident using online training platforms, remote teaching, and hybrid learning formats.
You work reliably, with empathy, and in an organized manner.
