You develop strategic core ideas, thematic timelines, and high-level creative concepts for social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
You analyze target audiences, platform trends, and competitors to derive well-founded strategic recommendations.
You evaluate existing creatives, analyze campaign results, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
You contextualize client feedback and performance data and use these insights to continuously optimize the content strategy.
You maintain and continuously develop the central strategy documentation.

You have 3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing — ideally within an agency environment.
You understand the mechanics and requirements of both paid and organic on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
You have experience developing cross-channel campaign strategies — from always-on to highlight/campaign activations.
You think analytically, creatively, and conceptually — and can derive real insights from data.
You communicate clearly and structurally and can present your ideas persuasively.
You work independently, are team-oriented, and keep an overview even when managing multiple projects.
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) complete your profile.
