About this role
Role Overview
Participate in user research and design reviews, translating clinician and school partner feedback into actionable improvements
Design and build features for the tools clinicians and school administrators use every day—improving workflows, usability, and outcomes for students
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship meaningful features from concept to delivery
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas and gather early feedback from real users
Work with product data (SQL) to surface insights that inform prioritization and product decisions
Rethink existing product experience with AI-native workflows.
Requirements
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (anticipated graduation in 2027 or 2028)
Proficient in Claude Code, Figma Make and/or Loveable through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships
Available to work up to 25 hours per week
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Enthusiasm for remote work and “cameras on” collaboration.
Previous internship or project experience in edtech, healthtech, or a consumer-facing product environment (preferred)
Experience working with or building tools for non-technical end users (e.g., educators, clinicians, administrators) (preferred)
Experience contributing to a product or engineering team in an agile environment (preferred)
