As Lead Platform Engineer in Customer Success, you design and implement integrations between our product meshStack and the complex enterprise system landscapes of our customers.
You work hands-on in production cloud environments, build reusable building blocks, and ensure that internal platforms grow in a technically clean, scalable, and sustainable way.
You structure integration projects, advise customers on technical decisions, and take end-to-end ownership for delivery.
You ensure that meshStack is integrated seamlessly into existing enterprise architectures — performant, secure, and scalable.
Develop customer-specific extensions as well as reusable building blocks.
Use Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu) to implement production-critical setups in cloud environments.
Abstract customer-specific solutions into generic patterns and develop structured annual and project plans together with the customer.
Requirements
Several years of experience in platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering with direct customer contact or in a consulting role
Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu)
Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes
Experience integrating enterprise systems (IAM, ITSM, governance, etc.)
Ability to independently execute technical projects with clear ownership
Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (C1)
