We are looking for someone with strong experience in mobile development, with a focus on quality, technical autonomy and who uses Artificial Intelligence as part of their daily development workflow.

Strong experience with native Android (Kotlin) in production;
Proficiency with modern architectures such as MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture or similar;
Advanced knowledge of Coroutines for asynchronous operations;
Experience with dependency injection (Dagger or Koin);
Consistent writing of unit and instrumented tests;
Strong command of the Jetpack ecosystem (ViewModel, Navigation, Room);
Hands‑on experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern UIs;
Ability to analyze and optimize performance, memory and resource consumption;
Frequent use of AI as a code assistant (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.);
Critical capacity to evaluate, adapt and validate AI suggestions;
Interest or experience in more advanced uses of AI;
Concepts such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar;
Strong experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs;
Best practices for versioning, security and resilience when consuming services;
Experience with mobile CI/CD, quality gates and static analysis (e.g., Sonar);
Experience with mobile monitoring (crashes, logs, performance);
Experience with cross‑platform apps, especially Flutter or React Native;
Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools (e.g., UXCAM);
Basic knowledge of backend architecture and cloud (AWS/Azure) to better integrate with the platform.
