5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally in a SaaS or complex B2B context
comfortable leading projects independently, from framing to delivery and post-launch iteration
design for measurable impact, using research and data to track behavior change and refine user experience
confident in navigating regulated or domain-specific workflows (like construction finance), or eager to master them
influence cross-functional teams through strong communication, clear rationale, and a focus on outcomes
elevate team culture by mentoring others, giving actionable feedback, and modeling collaboration
fluent in Figma, know how to work with and contribute to a design system, and increasingly rely on AI to ship faster
