About this role
Role Overview
- Facilitation, mapping and proposing solutions for business needs;
- Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them;
- Support the development team, taking ownership of work items for development in each Sprint;
- Support the Product Owner in decomposing business needs, identifying the requirements generated/impacted across systems in the form of user stories to begin sprint execution;
- Responsible for uncovering stakeholders' true needs, not just their explicit requests;
- Support development-related activities, with emphasis on the elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional software requirements;
- Manage your own work and promptly notify the team of any potential delays.
Requirements
- Design Thinking;
- Knowledge of business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and agile requirements;
- Define/write user interface (UI) specifications;
- Develop supplementary specifications;
- Develop a requirements management plan;
- Document information classification;
- Prepare a requirements list;
- Prepare a system access profile matrix;
- Conduct requirements approval meetings.
