Primary point of contact for all questions related to our RIB iTWO software solution
Advise our customers, particularly on configuration, usage and troubleshooting
Qualification, logging and (individualized) resolution of customer inquiries
Conduct software tests and remote maintenance
Internal knowledge transfer and documentation of solutions to contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; alternatively a comparable technical qualification or further training
Initial hands-on experience with RIB iTWO; alternatively experience with another construction software solution
Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills/enjoyment of customer contact, and IT affinity (interest in looking "behind the scenes" of software)
Independent working style while being a team player
Clear, respectful communication style and confident demeanor
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum level C1)
Advantageous: Good English skills (B1/B2 level)
(Initial) experience in an in-house support or application support role
