Provide technical support for Linux, Windows and macOS operating systems via the ticketing system;
Manage the firewall, network and physical access for our Joinville office;
Administer Google Workspace (email and Google apps), Microsoft 365 (Office licenses), antivirus and other internal platforms, performing updates and provisioning/removal of user access;
Respond to incidents and requests related to VPN, performing network troubleshooting;
Support the team with Information Security tasks related to internal and external audits, phishing remediation and other necessary processes, ensuring systems and internal procedures are up to date and compliant with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards;
Prepare technical documentation when required;
Assist with onboarding of new employees by presenting IT topics, shipping equipment and provisioning initial access;
Manage offboarding by removing accesses and coordinating equipment returns;
Asset management (inventory, maintenance and hardware upgrades when necessary, and purchasing equipment from the manufacturer).
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and basic knowledge of macOS;
Hardware knowledge (maintenance and resource upgrades when necessary);
Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, network connectivity troubleshooting), especially in Windows and Linux environments;
Basic knowledge of antivirus and inventory tools;
Good communication skills, as you will work daily with users providing support and answering questions;
Knowledge of English and/or Spanish due to interaction with international teams;
Availability to be present at the Joinville office when necessary;
Differential: knowledge of AWS and Terraform.
