Role Overview
- Design and build enterprise-grade intelligent automation and agentic systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Help accelerate delivery through reusable components, modern development practices, and thoughtful architecture.
- Build enterprise-grade automation & agentic solutions.
- Develop reliable Python services, APIs, and workflows to orchestrate tools, agents, and data sources.
- Engage in mentor and coaching activities for junior developers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Mastery of Python (expert-level proficiency)
- Strong background in API development (REST/async), service design, integration patterns
- Data structures, algorithms, performance and scalability
- Testing strategies: unit, integration, contract, end-to-end; test automation
- Version control (Git), code review discipline, CI/CD pipelines
- Bilingual (French and English)
