Join Retail Finance, supporting the Branch Transformation programme
Provide high-quality finance support to key stakeholders across the group
Help the business to model, shape and forecast the financial impacts of the programme
Partner closely with finance, platform and operational teams
Provide insightful & well considered analysis
Enhance forecast accuracy, ensuring robust financial governance throughout programme delivery
Communicate directly with finance business partners & a network of colleagues across the Retail business

High degree of numeracy and ability to understand, analyse and process complex data into a clear succinct story
Proven delivery in strong analytical & modelling capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Consistent record of managing stakeholders, including preparation and delivery of high-quality analytical insight
The ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a passion for solving problems with technology and data
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous
2+ years of relevant finance experience is beneficial
Having a financial qualification, or proactively working towards one, is considered helpful
