About this role
Role Overview
You help our customers operate their digital processes on the 446 platform optimally — providing technical, consultative, and solution-oriented support:
Product support (1st / 2nd level) for our 446 platform
Installation and configuration of customer environments (on-premises & cloud)
Capturing and implementing customer requirements
Reporting and data analysis within the platform
Documentation, quality assurance and internal process improvement
Training and consultancy for our customers
Participation in on-call/standby duties (approx. 150 days/year) as agreed
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in computer science/IT or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Azure, M365, Active Directory, IIS, Teams)
SQL skills (MS SQL preferred) and basic knowledge of PowerShell or C#
Structured, solution-oriented and communicative working style
German at least C1; English at least B2
