Support PMO-managed IT projects across planning, execution, and closeout phases
Assist in maintaining standardized PMO artifacts (project charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports)
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio dashboards and executive-level status reports
Support governance processes such as stage gates, approvals, and change control
Facilitate meeting logistics, notes, and action item tracking
Ensure projects adhere to PMO methodology, templates, and best practices
Assist with project intake, prioritization, and portfolio tracking
Identify process improvement opportunities within PMO workflows

Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
