About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and drive strategic commercial projects (Sales, Pre-Sales, BDRs) from mapping through delivery with clear success metrics;
- Establish project governance: create timelines, milestones, dependencies, prioritization, and regular tracking rituals;
- Map and remove operational bottlenecks in sales processes, focusing on efficiency gains, revenue growth, and reducing team effort;
- Lead CRM (Salesforce) projects: optimize workflows, automations, dashboards, and seller experience;
- Translate strategy into execution: convert company OKRs into structured action plans with owners, deadlines, and metrics;
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on cross-functional Go-To-Market, enablement, and expansion projects;
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement based on data analysis and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management (PMO, Project Manager, or Project Specialist)
- Experience in B2B sales / SaaS / technology startup environments
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) — both analytical and operational use
- Ability to work with data: creating dashboards, analyzing metrics, and building strategic reports (Looker, Data Studio, advanced Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and a strong sense of priorities
- Clear and concise communication to work with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams
- Hands-on profile: both plans and executes
- Familiarity with AI tools
Differential:
- Experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKR) and/or project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Black Belt)
- Experience with Go-To-Market projects, market segmentation, or account expansion
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy
- Background in digital product, fintechs, or SaaS platforms
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business, or related fields
