Role Overview
- leverage hands-on experience to implement Salesforce solutions
- work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements

- ensure successful delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem

- participate in pre-sales activities
- serve as a subject matter expert in bid engagements
- design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components
- build and optimize solutions leveraging OmniStudio's declarative capabilities
- conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops
- serve as a trusted advisor and influential leader
Requirements
- plenty of experience leading the implementation of Salesforce for enterprise scale businesses
- a range of experience and certifications across the Salesforce ecosystem – e.g. Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce industries (e.g. PSS)
- experience with presales and shaping projects
- enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in to train your customers or mentor junior team members
