- Execute shear testing to assess mechanical integrity and bonding strength
- Lead reliability testing protocols

- Develop and optimize paste and additive formulations
- Assemble electronic components
- Collaborate with senior R&D scientists
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of materials science and engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation such as SEM, XRD, CSAM, and conductivity meters
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of reliability testing standards and protocols
