About this role
Role Overview
- Design and build scalable backend services with NestJS and TypeScript
- Develop clean, maintainable React frontends
- Design and maintain REST APIs
- Collaborate closely with product and customers to translate real-world needs into effective solutions
- Review code, mentor peers, and continuously raise the engineering bar across the team
- Take ownership of features end-to-end — from design and implementation to deployment and rollout and support in customer projects
Requirements
- You are in European Union and have a valid european work permit
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience in heterogenous environments (mixed languages and tech stacks)
- Strong command of Node.js and TypeScript for both frontend and backend development (NestJS, React, etc.)
- Solid understanding of HTTP & Representational State Transfer and data modeling
- Strong SQL knowledge—comfortable writing and optimizing complex queries
- Experience with React
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on data engineering experience, building or working with analytical pipelines and structured data workflows
- CI/CD experience, designing and maintaining automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar)
- Experience with at least one hyperscaler cloud platform (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards
- Strong product thinking and customer empathy, with the ability to translate real-world problems into robust technical solutions
- Excellent asynchronous communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first engineering culture
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
