You build and manage our cloud infrastructure (GCP) across multiple environments and projects, using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
You develop and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with quality gates for security, testing, and deployment.
You design repeatable, isolated deployment setups for new customer environments.
You manage secrets, certificates, and access controls, and contribute to our security and compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
You set up monitoring, alerting, and observability to ensure platform reliability.
You coordinate infrastructure topics at the boundary with our technology partners.
You use AI tools as part of your daily workflow and help shape how we integrate them into our engineering practices.

Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering in production environments (5+ years).
Solid knowledge of a major cloud platform (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure with willingness to transition is also welcome).
Experience with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
A security-aware approach: secrets management, access control, vulnerability scanning.
Comfort working in regulated environments (GDPR, financial services).
Python and/or Bash for automation.
Curiosity about AI-powered tooling and a willingness to explore new approaches.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, reliable working style.
Excellent English skills; German is welcome but not required.
Nice to have: Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Multi-tenant SaaS or consortium-based deployment models.
Keycloak or similar identity management platforms.
Kubernetes experience.
Interest in cryptography or privacy-enhancing technologies.
