About this role
Role Overview
Lead and execute organizational change management strategies for large, complex initiatives
Assess and drive stakeholder readiness to support successful adoption of enterprise systems and processes
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including:
Communication strategies
Sponsor roadmaps
Training and coaching plans
Stakeholder analysis and resistance management plans
Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness to minimize risk
Conduct readiness assessments, surveys, and focus groups to identify adoption barriers and mitigation strategies
Provide executive-level coaching to sponsors and leadership teams
Facilitate discussions to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions that improve adoption
Develop and deliver training, communications, and engagement materials (e.g., newsletters, surveys, updates)
Monitor and measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency using dashboards and reporting tools
Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements based on best practices
Identify and address resistance and performance gaps through targeted interventions
Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future initiatives
Support change stabilization efforts to ensure long-term success and sustainability
Facilitate project meetings and manage OCM-related tasks and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering organizational change management initiatives
Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex change initiatives with measurable results
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
Strong facilitation skills, including leading meetings, workshops, and focus groups
Ability to work independently and manage priorities within defined timelines
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative and results-driven approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting tools to track adoption and performance.
