As an early-stage engineer, you will play a key role in the architecture and scalability of the backend infrastructure that supports our health platform.
This is an opportunity to build systems from scratch — designing APIs, structuring data models, and optimizing performance to support a fast-growing company.
You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to develop new features, ensuring our systems are scalable and reliable.
From backend service architecture to analyzing and resolving performance bottlenecks, you will have autonomy over the entire product lifecycle — influencing design through implementation.

You will: Work directly with the Head of R&D on the architecture and construction of the backend infrastructure; Collaborate with product owners and designers to create scalable implementation processes across multiple web products; Support the entire application lifecycle, including conception, design, testing, release, and support; Develop optimized, high-performance backend applications at scale; Work alongside product leadership on planning new features; Ensure applications comply with established quality standards.

Fluent or advanced English proficiency;
More than 4 years of experience in software engineering;
Strong understanding of the business context and ability to connect technical solutions to real problems, delivering impact for the company and its users;
Strong foundation in technical fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics;
Familiarity with data structures, CI/CD, the software development lifecycle, backend frameworks, and related technical tools;
Proven proficiency in Python and Django;
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision;
Experience with Java is a plus.
