Role Overview
- Play a key role in all phases of the product lifecycle—from design inputs to verification, post market support and compliance projects
- Ensure our solutions remain accessible, minimally invasive and clinically impactful around the world
- Support Market Response projects across the Infant Care Portfolio
Requirements
- A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience across product development, process development, operations, or quality engineering
- Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks or a willingness to extend your skills and knowledge to include those areas
- Enthusiasm for solving problems, finding efficiencies, and seeing projects delivered into production
- Curiosity about our patients, and strong critical thinking skills
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Willingness to take on a variety of different projects, try new ideas, manage risk and resolve uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders across the business to align on goals and strategy
