Operational Excellence: Participate in sprint planning and manage backlog of feature requests.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture and runbooks.

8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on building internal tools or B2B applications.
Technical versatility with the ability to operate across the stack.
Experience querying and integrating with data warehouses, specifically Snowflake, and building APIs to fetch and transform that data.
Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to take a high-level goal and break it down into technical tasks and sprints.
Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira APIs is highly desirable.
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and design principles that protect sensitive data.
Experience operating in an agile sprint cycle environment.
