About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for ensuring Amcor has the proper visibility, detection, and protection to secure the organization
- Provide strategic input on the IT security roadmap and delivery of our comprehensive security strategy
- Participate in the construction of strategic roadmaps to harden systems and close vulnerabilities
- Actively drive policy improvements and own technical recommendations for policy adjustments
- Support response to security incidents which may include on-call and availability outside of standard business hours
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in a cybersecurity or related technical role
- Strong knowledge of current security technologies such as endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and SIEM
- Expertise in network security, cloud security, and/or endpoint protection
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA)
