Act as the primary liaison between IT and senior business leaders across LATAM
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations leaders to understand priorities and translate them into IT initiatives.
Advocate for business needs within IT and ensure alignment of technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Manage the IT project portfolio for LATAM Operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and value realization.
Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project performance and escalate risks or issues as needed.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and technology innovation within the business.
Champion the adoption of modern technologies (e.g., ERP enhancements, automation, analytics, mobility) to improve business outcomes.
Measure and communicate the value delivered by IT initiatives to business stakeholders.
Facilitate regular governance meetings with business leaders to review project status, priorities, and strategic alignment.
Ensure transparency and effective communication between IT and business functions.
Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT or business leadership roles, with at least 4 years in Business BRM or similar functions.
Experience in solution design and solution architecture, translating business requirements into end-to-end designs.
Proven experience of successfully defining IT project business cases
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven experience in a matrixed, global organization.
