Role Overview
- Content Creation: You develop, shoot, and edit high-quality social content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Trend scouting: You reliably identify topics, memes, and formats that are currently performing — and adapt them for us with creativity and speed.
- Community Management: You are our voice in comments and DMs, interacting in a quick-witted and charming way with the community.
- Reach growth: You rapidly and consistently grow our social media reach and drive high-quality traffic to our free learning videos.
- Performance & Reporting: You track KPIs, analyze content performance, and derive optimizations.
- Guidance & Development: You mentor a team of interns and student assistants and turn them into social media rock stars.
Requirements
- Passion for social media, trends, creator culture, and new formats
- Proven track record and hands-on experience in content production (concept, camera, editing, copy, audio, thumbnails, upload, etc.)
- Strong editorial and creative skills with a sense for storytelling and viral mechanics
- Confident use of tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva or similar
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Independent, structured working style and high execution speed
- German at native-speaker level
