Contribute to the further development of existing AI and automation solutions for e-learning in collaboration with the AI team
Analyze internal processes and design new AI-supported workflows
Independently get up to speed with new tools related to AI and automation
Monitor current developments and trends and provide input for new project ideas

Strong university degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, or a related field)
Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and enjoyment in questioning and improving processes
Enthusiasm for AI, automation and digital tools – first-hand experience is a plus
Willingness to learn new technologies and a high degree of self-initiative
Communicative, enjoys working in a team and able to convey ideas clearly
Very good German language skills (at least C2 level)
Possibly some initial experience with automation tools such as n8n or Custom GPTs
