About this role
Role Overview
drive the field sales enablement strategy that supports Sales success in the region
ensure long-term growth of the partner sales team through world-class enablement programs
create comprehensive enablement plans and deliver learning experiences that delight stakeholders
translate regional business needs into productivity plans for field sales teams
manage local field sales enablement members while indirectly leading content and readiness specialists
collaborate with Head of Global Sales Enablement and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams
execute cross-functional programs in conjunction with Sales Leadership, Training, and Field Marketing
develop effective and engaging learning programs for employees alongside the LX and Content teams
define and measure KPIs and success criteria to demonstrate ROI of sales processes and training programs
Requirements
proven ability to build trust and effective working relationships with both product and regional sales teams
significant experience in people management and leading teams within a sales environment
strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities to influence regional strategy
background in the SaaS, accounting, or bookkeeping industry is preferred
mindset geared toward continuous improvement and a talent for establishing new processes and systems
comfort working within a global or multi-national matrix structure
