design and map the ideal customer journey to optimise awareness and conversion at every touchpoint.
Requirements
You bring a background in go-to-market, strategy, or product management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
A natural ability to lead through influence, building relationships based on trust and transparency with diverse stakeholders.
Your analytical mindset allows you to use data and commercial acumen to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
You possess an ownership mindset and the project management discipline required to lead multiple streams of work in a fast-paced setting.
Communicating recommendations comes easily to you, whether you are presenting to executives or tailoring messages for regional teams.
A collaborative and low-ego approach defines your working style, valuing different perspectives to achieve a common goal.
