Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/OTA

Role Overview

• Responsible for direct patient care
• Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy
• Must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities

Requirements

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of clinical experience preferred
