About this role

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial closing and reporting processes leveraging SAP S/4HANA
Creation, monitoring, freeze/release, weekly and final settlements for Internal Orders (CO-IO)
Prepare Hard Currency reconciliation entries, perform FX valuations, and execute balance sheet reclassifications
Execute monthly/quarterly/annual closings, Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and support audits
Identify inefficiencies in R2R processes, propose automation or system enhancements
Participate in user access reviews to ensure compliance with segregation of duties policies

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA/IFRS/US GAAP certifications desirable
3-5 years of experience in General Ledger/R2R, preferably in a Shared Services environment
Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules FI-GL, FI-AA, CO-IO
Proficiency in Foreign Currency Valuation, Balance Sheet Reclassification, and Fixed Asset Accounting
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, reconciliation templates)
Strong communication skills; fluent in Spanish and English.
