Role Overview
- Act as a strategic operations partner for all regional financial matters
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including journal entries and performance reports
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting for assigned sites
- Build and maintain financial models (CAT) for new contract bids, including profitability assumptions
- Participate in contract analysis, pricing, and validation of financial assumptions
- Train and support local managers on financial tools and processes
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- Analyze fleet systems and fixed assets, including periodic physical audits
- Execute special projects and provide ad hoc analyses to regional management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA an asset)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Experience in advanced financial modeling (Excel, macros, complex formulas)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operations teams and influence decision-making
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Experience in a multi-site environment (asset)
