Design and produce marketing assets that support CBS Sports brand initiatives and promotional campaigns
Ability to create dynamic, modular ad systems that can easily scale across multiple sizes, placements, and digital platforms
Take high level direction to complete projects quickly and efficiently
Maintain high standards of quality for final files, accurate archiving and project organization
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Art or Advertising
5+ years of professional work experience as a designer
Must be a self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, deliver accurate and error-free artwork, co-ordinate multiple projects and work well in a team environment
Strong proficiency in Figma, including building scalable layouts, components, and design systems for marketing and product environments
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design, ensuring layouts translate effectively across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments
Must have expert-level, hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Power Point
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file management
Strong design fundamentals including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
