About this role
Role Overview
Review construction projects to ensure compliance with Vamo standards
First point of contact for customers after project completion
Analyze customer reports and determine appropriate solutions
Manage complex cases and coordinate efficient troubleshooting
Implement a professional aftersales process at Vamo
Requirements
Trained heating and plumbing technician (SHK) or equivalent
Solid experience with heat pumps and customer service/after-sales
Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems of heat pump installations
Ability to diagnose faults remotely
IT affinity and enthusiasm for modern tools (CRM, remote monitoring)
