Role Overview
- Review construction projects to ensure compliance with Vamo standards
- First point of contact for customers after project completion
- Analyze customer reports and determine appropriate solutions
- Manage complex cases and coordinate efficient troubleshooting
- Implement a professional aftersales process at Vamo
Requirements
- Trained heating and plumbing technician (SHK) or equivalent
- Solid experience with heat pumps and customer service/after-sales
- Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems of heat pump installations
- Ability to diagnose faults remotely
- IT affinity and enthusiasm for modern tools (CRM, remote monitoring)
