Participate in the conception, development, and implementation of new features for Heat Fleet
Architectural design in the backend (Node.js) and execution in the frontend (Vue.js)
Design, standardization, and implementation of robust, highly scalable APIs
Establish and uphold high standards for code quality, maintainability, and test coverage
Define and follow code conventions, conduct code reviews, and mentor other developers
Work closely with designers and stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable technical solutions
Discuss and influence the roadmap and defend ideas

Several years of hands-on experience in full-stack development in an agile team
Proficiency in backend development and experience as a senior developer
Profound knowledge in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development
Proficient in Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular)
Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
A strong grasp of modern software architecture, API design, and web development best practices
Experience in developing mobile apps with PWA and Capacitor is a plus
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical matters
Fluent in both written and spoken English; basic to intermediate German is strongly advised
A valid EU work visa is a must
