About this role
Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, implementation, and maintenance of internal sales tools, with focus on CRM platform.
Define the CRM roadmap in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
Oversee CRM data integrity, user adoption, workflow configuration, and integration with downstream analytics and reporting systems.
Design and lead automation strategies that reduce friction in sales processes.
Direct and empower the team to analyze critical data sets that drive new capabilities.
Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Partner with functional leadership to develop consultative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or technology roles.
7+ years of people leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) including design, administration, or strategic ownership.
Experience leading or sponsoring sales automation or process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools and systems.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple domains.
