Maintenance & further development of our Webflow projects: building, scaling and regular optimization of Webflow websites including CMS structure, component development and responsive layouts.
Custom Webflow development: creating custom designs, interactions, animations and technical adjustments via custom code (HTML, CSS, JS).
Integration of tools & automations: connecting third-party systems (Airtable, Zoho, CRM tools, payment providers) to Webflow and building automated workflows.
Performance, security & tracking optimization: ensuring fast load times, technical SEO standards, security best practices and implementing web tracking (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel).
Collaboration with design and content teams: implementing layouts, content structures and UX concepts in Webflow and WordPress; close coordination on releases, features and technical requirements.

3+ years of experience as a Web Developer
Confident handling of JavaScript, HTML/CSS; basic knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
Ideally strong knowledge of Webflow (CMS, Interactions, Custom Code) and solid experience with customizations and integrations
Experience with Airtable, Zoho, API integrations, automations and data flows
Experience with web tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel or similar systems
Basic knowledge of version control (Git) as well as deployment and CI/CD processes
Structured, independent working style and very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
