Technical and disciplinary management of the Metering Operations department – overseeing the Energy Data Management, Switching Process Management and Installation Management teams.
Direct leadership of three team managers and overall responsibility for approximately 40 employees.
Responsibility for the operational implementation of metering point operations and for ensuring legally compliant processes.
Develop strategic objectives together with divisional management and translate them into practical, implementable concepts.
Actively drive the further development, standardization and digitalization of departmental processes.
Close collaboration with other department heads and cross-departmental involvement in central topics.
Requirements
Several years of experience in a leadership role at middle-management level, ideally in the energy sector or in a similarly complex, regulated environment.
Solid understanding of processes and legal/regulatory requirements, ideally with prior experience in metering point operations or energy market processes.
Modern leadership approach: provide direction, create accountability, and lead respectfully and on equal terms.
Strategic vision, ability to shape change, and proven experience in digitizing processes.
Structured and solution-oriented working style, ability to set clear priorities and act proactively.
Willingness to be regularly present at the Ruderting (near Passau) location.
